The React Native Engineer Role

You are a highly skilled coder with great engineering skills and recent React Native product and project work, ideally with experience in technology driven ventures, either startups or corporates with 3-5 years of history.

Key Qualifications

You should possess the following skills:

¨    You have 3-5+ years of application development experience, 2 or more with ReactNative.

¨    Self-taught or Degree, can confidently describe your abilities per language, system and platform.

¨    Provide technical leadership and defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development m and infrastructure 

¨    Excited to build interface for the Spatial Web, The next internet, and the Metaverse. You should bring a genuine curiosity and intuition about interface, systems and structure designs within this field.

Specific Proficiency with:

¨    REACT-NATIVE : We use React Native extensively across iOS, macOS, and Android. 

¨    Work across the stack : Node JS, TypeScript,GraphQL, Postgres, to build our mobile & web-apps, dashboards and back-end, API’s & spatial web support tools.

¨    Multi-Platform Support: Documentation, Testing Rollout, UI-Kits: make sure it works on multiple platforms.

¨    AWS: (Very) Comfortable working with AWS, and knowledge / experience working on AWS services and modules, such as CloudFormation, DynamoDB, Amplify, Cognito, CloudWatch, Cloud Development Kit.

¨    Strong Self-organization, able to coordinate with team, and work within project management.

¨    Excellent work-based electronic + verbal communication.Bahasa and English Welcome.

¨    Experience with design, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js.

¨    (some) Experience with building Javascript webapps with cross-browser compatibility.

¨    You are comfortable working with design libraries,FIGMA, Sketch & XD.

¨    BONUS POINTS: Commerce transactions, Processing payments within Apps, Wallets, Profiles, AI Agent Engines, Edge Compute Results,Sensors, AI, AMI, ML, Meta, Spatial Web Content.

Additional Capabilities

¨    Build apps for mobile and desktop with React Native.

¨    Ability to work directly in Figma in conjuction withUI/UIX Design Developer to quickly develop components and screens independentlyof the main app

¨    Design, build and maintain clean, reusable components of our Digital Spatial Web platform

¨    Build for scalability, observability, and ease of maintenance

¨    Experience working on consumer facing web and mobile apps at scale

¨    CI & CD

¨    Work-focused verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail

¨    Prior experience designing and building environmental dashboard tools or software deployment a plus

¨    Prior experience or recent knowledge in Spatial Web andMetaverse Basics. On job will be provided throughout the role – but impress us with what you know now 

Key Responsibilities

¨   Engineering apps, dashboards, back end panels. Build Beautiful code, progress the coolness of the spatial web, and help form the interface of the Metaverse.

¨   Own and ensure the quality of your deliverables, Participate in the documentation of technical designs

¨   Collaborate across teams to improve our engineering practices, Mentor junior team members in best practices

¨   QA Support : write comprehensive end to end tests, Write unit tests for your business logic.

¨   Dev Ops Skills appreciated.

¨   Code Reviews & Merging: Participate in code reviews, merges, and planning; Share your knowledge with other engineers and help level up your teammates.

¨   Security: Ensure we have a performant, secure, extensible platform for our mobile applications. Participate in SecurityAudits.

¨   Well versed in architectural decision making and buildout

¨   Test Driven Development, Automation, Mobile deployment experience (App Store, Google Play, Fastlane).
